Our radio station could not function without a stable and fast NBN connection and (unlike our previous provider) Fairtel have provided excellent customer service and advice when setting up, configuring and running our internet radio station. They have been very professional and promptly resolved any technical queries so that we now enjoy a very stable broadcast! I would have given 6 stars if I could... :o)

Taylor from Fairtel undertook work at my house. Taylor is very professional and nothing is too much trouble to handle. He has a calm and easy disposition and an understandable way of explaining some of IT's complexities. He is a fantastic operator and is a great asset to Tom and the team.

i have to say these guys are reliable, friendly and very responsive. I've had to call them 2-3 times now, sometimes at 7.30am and they are there ready to help ... and fix. Email and call follow up to see if everything is ok. In an industry that is renowned for frustration and poor service, these guys stand out.

The team at Fairtel helped us to resolve a tricky problem connecting our home to NBN after several frustrating attempts through another provider. Peter found our conduit (in the rain) and worked out how to connect it to the Telstra pit with minimal disturbance or needing to dig up our whole garden.
