The worst customer experience in a long time and their staff Marissa (Oct 2022) topped the most rock bottom experience with any service providers. Zero F’s given, no care and arrogance with a huge attitude towards customers! Avoid this store at all cost and save yourself lots of time and hassle. A bunch of clown working in this store!

AVOID it at all cost, the worst experience I ever had.The reason I gave 1 star is because I cannot give zero. I signed up for NBN service at the store, provided all the necessary documentation, and assumed that everything was in order. However, two weeks later, I discovered that I cannot access to the internet, and when I returned to the store, I was informed that my order had not been submitted at all!As a result of this mistake, I had to wait another week to get my NBN connected, during which time I had no access to the internet. Additionally, despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue with the store staff, I received little help or support. Instead, I encountered rude and unhelpful attitudes that made the situation even more frustrating and difficult.While I understand that mistakes can happen and it may take some time to resolve issues, what I find unacceptable is the staff's bad attitude and lack of empathy towards me as a customer. During my four visits to the store, I was treated rudely and unprofessionally, and on my final visit, I was even shouted at and told to call the service hotline instead of receiving any assistance in-store.The Telstra network itself is great and service is not bad in general, but the attitude of the staff in the Claremont store is the worst I have ever encountered in Australia. Avoid THIS store at all cost will save you a lot of time and troubles.

I was a little worried before coming in today because I had read the reviews of this store and they weren’t great but now I don’t know why the reviews are bad because I had a great experience today. Maybe the store took on the feedback and made some improvements? Anyway, good on them if they have.I made a 3pm appointment, walked into the store and I didn’t have to wait. They sat me down straight away and organised my Telstra plan for me. The lady that helped was very nice and very informative. No rude behaviour at all and she didn’t rush me either.If you were a walk in customer, it might be a bit hard to get some help because all the staff there today were busy trying to help clients but that’s something we all have to deal with this day and age because it is hard to find people who want to work.Overall, had a great experience here. If you need to get help with a plan or stuff to do with your account though, I would recommend booking an appointment online.

Walked into and around the store for maybe 15mins. Staff didn’t acknowledge me and only one looked at me and kept going. Resorted to the website to order a new sim. Lucky Optus’s network is so bad it essentially forced me to change.

Told over the phone no appointment necessary to fill in a form. drove 45 mins to pickup my 90 year old mum and get into the store, a long walk for a senior citizen in Claremont shops. Then told no appointment, wont help. I hope next time your mother, grandmother or great grandmother needs some assistance you could be a little considerate. shocking service. never going back.Don't see why i have to tick 1 star, should be 0 score

Don't listen to the rest of these reviews they are dated, super chill staff that gave us excellent customer service getting a phone sorted for myself. Also were super friendly and warm to all customers. If you're upset you get a phone and sim sorted in 5 minutes you're ignorant to the process that needs to happen. Gave me some great feedback and advice on the phones that ended up saving me money. 5/5 experience
