Brilliant experience. Went to the store, which had where to queue and where to sign in, clearly marked. Explained to the manager that I was in a rush and wanted to port my number from another provide to a new Telstra contract. 10 minutes later I got a phone call from Phil, explaining a space had opened up. Went in and sat with a very knowledgeable sales person who took me through the process, step by step, which took less than 20 mins. 24hrs later my new account is up and running, with no loss of mobile service. Fantastic service, great work!

I arrived at the Ocean Keys store today Wednesday 9/11 at 9am for the stores opening where the woman at the front of the store (unsure of name) was very rude and unhelpful. This woman was very blunt and responded with little concern/enthusiasm to my issue. If this is how the employees treat their customers at the stores opening, I cannot imagine how they are at the end of their shift. To me, it sounds like your employees desperately need retraining. Will try my best to never return to this store again.

It’s frustrating to go to the store with no active response from the team.They gave us a network that doesn’t work in my location.Been there few times with the same problem and the staff rather than helping us, they tell us to do things that doesn’t solve the issue.

6 staff doing nothing but would have to make an appointment and wait for 2 hours just to buy a Sim card, no thanks. Smug/arrogant sales assistant. AVOID and go elsewhere.

Very frustrating, this will be the 3rd time I've been told one thing only to find another. This might sound obvious, but read your contract thoroughly. Do not believe anything they say. These salespeople will tell you what you want to hear so that you sign. You think you have asked all the right questions but you won't have. And when you ask if there is anything they can do to help; they show you where the door is - couldn't care less if they lose customers. Very sad.

Unhelpful staff that give you attitude when you're trying to solve a problem... telstra has also been overcharging me and won't get back to me when I lodge complaints... lots of misinformation and confusing phone plans...

I was served by a Lovely Young Lass…. Probs about 23 yrs oldWho was clearly very very busyHowever this did not matter… she did her UTMOST to fit me in a nd cater for my needs …Although she could not fit me in today she happily fitted me in on Monday at a time that suitedThankyouHenceTelstra, you need MORE STAFF ASAP!!!!I recommend Telstra Ocean keys
