Appalling serviceGiven the wrong advice on my first visit, was sent away with forms to fill in and bring back in and we can make the change, second visit and today arrive with said forms in hand to be told I would need to make an appointment as they were busy, 3 staff I could see and 2 customers.I then said I will leave the forms here as you said it will take up to 3 weeks to change ownership, the manager did not look up from his device while talking to me(he did glance up at his co-worker), doesn’t matter we still need id.The whole process, they have been dismissive, unhelpful and disinterested.Some customer service training is definitely in need but I suppose when you are a company this big, customers don’t matter and it appears your staff don’t care!

Great service, got my home internet setup easily. Everything works perfectly. Very helpful staff.

Store is in Shambles.The store is messy with overcrowded boxes and printed signs everywhere, no display phones available to view whilst waiting, staff have zero urgency in their role.After waiting over 30 minutes the line of 4 customers in front of me had not moved.For the prices Telstra charges for their service and the money they spend on advertising, take a small chunk and sort out the horrible customer service that you provide both in person and online.

Staff talk down at you.Offended and insulted me in front of other customers.Be careful

4 visits instore to create a business account, to be informed that Telstra Warwick have not created the account with the company details, and it is my issue to resolve (not sure how as I do not have access to the account Telstra Warwick used). Absolutely terrible and still not resolved.

It’s of my partner and I had an appointment with Telstra in Warwick on Sat 25/11/2023 at 11 because we wouldLike to upgrade the internet for our business I also receive a confirmed message on FridayHowever when we turned up our appointment at Warwick : Telstra shop was closed and redirected us to Coles in WarwickThere was no Telstra office in Coles and we were told there were 8 people before us had similar problem

Completely useless bunch in shop. Need a physical license to verify, oh but over the phone you only need to tell them your name and dob. Redundant and useless security protocol

Absolutely garbage service. I have booked an appointment time with Telstra and IT GOT PUSHED BACK TWICE and WAITED 2 HOURS. Your staff really need to be trained. One of the staff gave me the wrong advice, said that my SIM wasn’t activated but it was expired. Absolutely disgusting service, would not come back here again. I would recommend the Wanneroo outlet, their service quality surpasses the Warwick outlet. Also, the Telstra website is garbage as well. Couldn’t even verify a simple ID with the correct information. I’m glad that I switched to another provider that actually CARES about their customers.Also you guys close way too early, can’t you realise this?!

Bit of a strange one. Went into buy an iPhone 13 pro max outright, and I was turned away because I didn't haven an Aussie I.d? But am buying the phone outright and had uk passport / ukdrivers licence / proof of address/ valid visa/ but they turned down the sale because they couldn't verify an Aussie I'd ? Maybe it's just me but is this normal ?

Hands down the best service I have ever received from Telstra.Was ready to just cancel everything and move providers but Rick saved the day, great customer service, really understood my needs and i walked out using my points, new phone and case!ASK FOR RICK!After the manager Shenea followed up with me the next day and also super helpful. go for the drive if you need Telstra shop this is the one!
